LOCATION/NOISE This property is an amazing location to get to all of the main Chattanooga attractions. However, it is near a main road, the front door/parking lot faces the backs of a few businesses so you may see and hear cars or motorcycles passing by at night, and there is a train that passes by at times down the street. White noise machines have been provided in each bedroom to help with any potential noise, and if you need something quick to eat, a Vietnamese restaurant and Subway are right out the front door! Typically it is pretty quiet! STAIRS This is a three level property so you will need to be able to navigate stairs to get to the bedrooms. There are no bedrooms on the main level. NOOK/LANDING TWIN BED AREA There is no mini split (AC/Heater) in this room so it is possible it may get warm during the warmer months and cool during the colder months. There is a tower fan provided for cooling purposes. PESTS Welcome to Chattanooga, TN, where mountains and nature surrounds. It is also home to thousands of varieties of pests such as wasps, ladybugs, carpenters bees, ants, etc. The property is treated monthly by a licensed pest control company, however pests can still find their way in from time to time. Again, this is the South where pests can occur on occasion. We will, however, do everything in our power to help in the event of an extreme situation.

Park your car in the parking lot right out your front door. Take a 5 minute drive to St. Elmo or walk to it in about 30 minutes. There is an EV charger on the street over, but there is not one in the parking lot.
